She has a special interest and training in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, adjustment issues, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.

Sinéad is dedicated to supporting adults through a collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring that treatment is individualised to suit each client's unique needs.

Sinéad utilises a number of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), and Trauma-focused CBT.

Jessica is a dedicated clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor with extensive experience conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals across the lifespan. She specialises in neurodiverse-affirming assessments, including evaluations for autism, ADHD, and learning differences.

Jess is committed to providing a thorough, respectful, and individualised approach for each client, ensuring their unique strengths and challenges are understood and addressed. Jess is particularly passionate about early intervention and believes in the importance of understanding and embracing neurodiversity to support the unique qualities of every individual she works with. 

With a broad range of experience, Jess works with clients at various stages of life, helping them and their families gain insights into their strengths, needs, and challenges. She sees assessment as a valuable tool in guiding informed decisions and developing tailored strategies that promote well-being and success.

Megan is a registered psychologist with extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in both government and private practice settings.

She is skilled in addressing depression, anxiety, work-related stresses, and relationship concerns. Megan also provides trauma intervention for distressing memories to treat PTSD and a broad range of mental health concerns. 

Megan is dedicated to providing a client-centered, down-to-earth, compassionate approach to therapy and ensuring a safe, nonjudgmental environment for her clients.

She utilises a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Megan holds a certificate in basic training from the EMDR Institute of Australia providing Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kim is particularly interested in perinatal and infant mental health, offering compassionate, tailored support to individuals, couples, and families throughout the journey from preconception to parenthood. Her areas of special interest include providing support for those experiencing mental health concerns, including perinatal anxiety and depression, providing psychological preparation for birth and parenthood, parent-child attachment, and adjustment issues.

She specialises in neuro-affirming, trauma-informed care and has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, helping them harness their strengths while addressing challenges. 

Her evidence-based approaches are strength-based and tailored to each client’s needs. She utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
